30 minutes of office yoga requires no change of clothes and provides a quick and effective cool-down with both breathing exercises and simple movements that are good for tired office shoulders and necks. An exercise as simple as office yoga has a surprising number of benefits when done regularly: it improves concentration, stress tolerance and stamina. The simple movements begin with a moment of meditation, which adds to the sense of calm.
Yoga is a 5,000-year-old teaching. The asanas (body positions) that we often think of as Yoga are only a small part of the teaching, which is about keeping the physical and emotional person strong and healthy. The first asanas originated when monks designed exercises to strengthen their bodies to sit still and meditate for hours on end. Since we too tend to sit for long intervals, we can benefit from their teachings.

Office Yoga is a concept that draws on the basic principles of yoga, applied to the modern office worker. Office yoga allows the participant to complete a yoga session in a safe environment, without preparation or even leaving their workstation. We capture the essence of yoga therapy and work with basic postures (sitting, standing) and simple movements to pay attention to the muscle groups that are often overloaded in monotonous work, such as in front of a screen (in addition to the neck and shoulders, we also pay attention to the arms, hands and eyes, among others). The office yoga is designed to enable the participant to quickly locate a peaceful state of mind and conscious body presence. Through pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindfulness exercises, we balance out stress hormones and reconnect with our inner self.
