Get started with minimal equipment and boot-camp inspired body exercises. Exercise is not only important for the body but also for the mind and is therefore a great way to take a break from work!

The sessions consist of circular training - to effectively get the most out of your training in the shortest time possible.

The sessions will be led by trainer Junior Lafitte who, in addition to several years of experience as a personal trainer, has always been interested in how the body works and has been a naprapath for a few years now with a degree from the Naprapath University.
