How to buy a punch card

  1. When you are logged in to Benifex, select "Clinics in Sweden" or "Massage via work"
  2. Follow the instructions in the Benifex portal

Where do I see my voucher codes

When you have booked a treatment with one of our partners in the Uggla app, you need to show your clip. You can see it by clicking on "clip card" in the app's bottom menu. Please note! You cannot see the codes via our website.

How long is my voucher valid

Uggla vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If there are special reasons why the massage was not used in time (e.g. sick leave, business trip or parental leave), we offer an extension in exchange for a certificate.

Can someone else use my punch card

Clip cards purchased with a wellness allowance are personal by law and cannot be transferred to another person.

You can transfer a voucher that has not been purchased with a fitness allowance to another person.

How do I get my user details

Buy via the Benifex, Wellnet and Söderberg & Partner/Benefits portals
As a brand new user, you will receive your user details after your first order. These will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase. Please note! Check your spam folder if you have not received the email.

Buy via the Epassi benefits portal
As a brand new user, you will receive your user details after your first order. These will be sent to the email address you registered at the time of purchase. If you make your first purchase directly at Uggla, you create a user in connection with the purchase.

Buy without a loyalty portal
You create a user on your own at Uggla before your first purchase.

How to book a massage appointment

Ugglas app

  1. Buy clips either at your benefits portal or as a private customer directly in the app
  2. Log
  3. Press on "receptions"
  4. Filter by city and select clinic
  5. Click on "go to booking" and scroll down to the right length that matches your clip
  6. Select "payment on the spot". You then show your clip when you are there for the massage (tap the orange "clip card" button in the bottom menu of the app)
  7. Check that you have received an order confirmation from the clinic in question (e.g. via Book Direct)

If you book an appointment at Uggla's own reception, you can book and pay with your clip at the same time. But if you book with a partner, you need to follow the above steps.

  3. Click on "book treatment" and choose a reception or massage at work
  4. Select massage time and add to cart
  5. Confirm reservations
  6. Check that you have received an order confirmation to your email

How do I know that the booking went through

You should always receive an email confirmation of your booking. If you have booked a massage at work or at one of Uggla's own clinics (Södermalm and Lund), you can see your bookings by clicking on "my treatments" in your customer profile. If you have booked a massage with one of our partners, you will see your booking on the masseur's booking portal, e.g. bokadirekt.

You can see your booking on the masseur's booking portal, e.g. bokadirekt. If you have booked a massage at work or at one of Uggla's own clinics (Södermalm and Lund), you can see your bookings by clicking on "my treatments" in your customer profile.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation at Uggla's own clinic (Södermalm and Lund) can be done until midnight the day before the massage. If you cancel later, the time will be preliminarily canceled, which means that it is visible as free for others and if someone books it, you will not be charged. If no one else books the time, you will be charged as usual.

If you book with a clinic connected to the Uggla app, you will see the cancellation policy on their page or in the confirmation email when booking.

How to reschedule or cancel

To reschedule, you first need to cancel your appointment and then re-book. To cancel, log in to your profile, find the current booking and click "cancel". If you have booked an appointment with one of our partners in the Uggla app, you cancel by following the instructions in the confirmation email.

Receipt

If you want a receipt for your treatment, you can easily print it out by logging in to our website, clicking on "my treatments", selecting treatment and "print". If you need a receipt with a social security number, please contact the support below.
