Carlos Bolander Björk

My name is Carlos Björk and I trained as a massage therapist and masseur in 2002 at Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut in Stockholm.

In addition to my own business, I work as a Massage Therapist at Hagabadet in Gothenburg.

I am a member of the Swedish Association of Body Therapists and thus have patient and liability insurance, follow ethical rules and have a duty of confidentiality.

My opening hours are: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and some Sundays.

If you have problems with pain, stiffness in muscles and joints or need to slow down and are in need of recovery, you are warmly welcome to Björks Massage Therapy.

I customize the treatment to your needs and, if necessary, also make recommendations in the form of home stretching and exercise for faster healing and recovery.

I often combine deep treatments with trigger point therapy and stretching for best results.
